You may not store any items that are explosive, flammable, odorous, hazardous, corrosive or perishable. These items can include food, drinks, fireworks, propane tanks, chemicals, etc. If you feel you have an item that may be classified as prohibited but are unsure, please contact the site manager for clarification. If you ever have a question about prohibited items please see our friendly and knowledgeable staff.
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Though not mandatory, storage insurance is highly recommended to protect the value of your belongings. All of our facilities offer storage insurance, or you can check with your personal insurance provider to confirm coverage.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACCESS HOURS AND OFFICE HOURS?
Office hours indicate the presence of a property manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, etc. During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit, but a property manager may not be on hand to assist you.
